Associate- Employment Verification-(WFH)

Role & responsibilities

As a BGV Employment Verification Executive, you will be responsible for conducting employment verifications by contacting previous employers, HR representatives, or Reporting Managers (RMs). This involves making outbound calls and sending verification emails to validate employment details. The role requires proficiency in communication, handling objections, and working efficiently with computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to HRs and Reporting Managers to verify employment details.
• Draft and send professional emails to request employment verification confirmations.
• Handle objections and resolve any queries or issues during the verification process.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of verification statuses.
• Efficiently navigate computer systems and databases to input and manage data.
• Utilize basic Excel skills for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of verifications.
