Brickwork Ratings - Associate Director - Rating - Securitization (15-18 yrs)

- Brickwork Ratings- is actively looking for an ideal candidate to lead the credit rating in the- BFSI sector- ratings for- Securitization transactions.

- Candidates from the rating agency/ banking/financial services industry will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To lead a team of senior analysts handling credit analysis of the Structured Finance products.

- Financial analysis and ability to make financial projections of the structured financial instruments.

- Overseeing and guiding the team stressing the analytical rigor in the presentations to the rating committees.

- Motivating and encouraging the team to improve upon the quality of analysis and to be up-to-date on the market/industry information and suitable and need-based rating actions.

- Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality.

- Client interaction and managing good relations.

Desired Skill Sets:

- Analytical expertise in the BFSI segment including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.

- Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and circulars, especially in the BFSI segment.

- Good leadership and team management skills.

Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency:

- Strong domain knowledge in credit assessment in the BFSI sector with a strong focus on structured finance products.

Work Experience:

- 15 to 18 years of work experience in- credit rating of structured finance products.
