About the role:

Were looking for an ambitious, hard-working, data-driven marketer with experience in designing, managing, and optimizing integrated global CRM demand generation campaigns drive for our B2C and B2B offerings.

What youll do:

  • Manage the strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for our CRM campaigns.
  • Setup advanced HubSpot / Braze lead nurturing campaigns. Create emails, landing pages, forms, and reports within the automation tool.
  • Manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns for prospects, partners, and customers including email marketing, landing pages, list uploads, target segmentation, and post-campaign reporting
  • Conduct continuous A/B tests to improve both landing page conversion and email open/click-through rates
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on the impact of demand generation programs on sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length.
  • Proactively partner with Sales and Inside Sales teams to optimize workflow, ensuring delivery of highly qualified leads, seamless interactions for a prospect, and encouraging driving qualified sales leads to closure
  • Manage service-level agreements with Sales & Inside Sales on lead definitions, lead acceptance/rejection reasons, and disqualification reasons that feed into appropriate nurture streams when applicable
  • Understand and oversee the management and continual optimization of the flow of leads through the lead lifecycle across the various funnel stages and operational processes (i.e. capture, nurture, score, distribute, close)
  • Work across Marketing to design, execute and optimize segment-specific demand generation multi-channel programs including inbound, outbound, ABM, events, influencer marketing, and channel programs to attract, capture, nurture, and convert prospects.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing marketing automation, marketing operations, demand generation, and digital marketing.
  • 4+ years of marketing automation tool experience is desired. Demonstrated track record of success including marketing activities, design studio, lead database, and reporting
  • Top program/project management skills to see projects through to conclusion and achieve results.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write convincing emails and landing page copy, deriving from existing assets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Self-motivated and self-managed. Desire to grow in your career. Positive, upbeat attitude
