Program Manager (Entrepreneurship and Innovation)

Assistech Foundation is India s first Assistive Technology (AT) ecosystem that focuses on empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by enabling learning, livelihood, and living opportunities (3Ls of empowerment). We do so by harnessing the power of AT supporting development of innovative technology products and services. In a span of 4 years, ATF has impacted the lives of 9.1 lakh (910,000) Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through its high impact programs and initiatives. ATF has a network of 450+ Assistive Technology Startups/ innovators in the country. ATF also co-founded a global network Inclusive Innovation Network with organizations in 6 other countries.

Overview:

The Entrepreneurship Innovation Program Manager, will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, and management of the ATF Programs. This role involves managing a hybrid incubation program for start-ups and innovators, executing communications and outreach strategies while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of Persons with Disabilities.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in entrepreneurship support programs, event management, stakeholder engagement, and experience with digital and physical incubation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Design Implementation: Develop and manage a project plan with key milestones and timelines for all program components, including digital and in-person events.
• Outreach Communications: Lead the development and execution of communication strategies across social media and digital platforms. Collaborate with partners to boost outreach.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with mentors, experts, and guest speakers, Board members etc. Engage actively with entrepreneurs throughout the program.
• Event Management: Organize Innovation Bootcamps and Challenges while managing logistics and accessibility. Select and onboard speakers and artists.
• Entrepreneur Support: Oversee needs assessments, tailor support, and track participant progress through both digital and in-person activities.
• Grant Management: Manage the grant process, including ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations and reporting.
• Reporting Knowledge Management: Generate detailed reports on program performance, success stories, and insights.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in business, project management, social innovation, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in startups, innovation, or social impact programs.
• Proven experience managing hybrid (digital + physical) incubation programs.
• Experience with social media marketing and digital outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Making presentations, maintaining MIS data and project tracking etc.
• Strong experience with stakeholder management, particularly with government bodies, NGOs, private sector, and youth networks.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with inclusive program design, particularly accessibility for persons with disabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A knack for wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment, including project management, event management, relationship management, and more
