Job Description:
Experience in Hospital, healthcare / Pharma Industry selling Products or Solutions.
Understand the products, platforms and services we offer or be engaged in a similar type technology solutions provider.
Ability to identify and pursue leads to closure.
Manage and track active pipeline of leads, status of each lead and closures.
Conduct sales demos and create proposals to CXO & decision makers of a hospital.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Head, Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar Senior sales role.
Entrepreneurial.
Expert of Concept selling in a consultative manner, exposure of meeting the decision makers of a hospital within the assigned territory.
Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
Working knowledge of healthcare and medical education market segments.
Familiarity with Hospital based CRM software.
Attitude and appetite to learn and retain healthcare Tech product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Local travel is needed for Daily Business needs and requirements.
Must have:
Strong English communication - both verbal and written, possess strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and analyse customer's requirements and provide customized solutions in a consultative manner.
Strong and proven negotiation skills & assertive in Nature.
Work closely with Impact managers and give feedback on the hospital needs and requirements.
Provide leadership update of the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals.
Develops, or participates with the Senior management in the development of the Strategic Sales Plan/Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company.
Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.
Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
