Role & responsibilities
• Managing Development Projects through (8-12 member) teams including
- Developers
- QA and Testing Team
- Release Management
- Source Code and Version Management
- Engaging with the client for project planning and required Sign Offs
- Requirements Gathering and Preparing Business Requirements Document
- Creating Functional Specifications Document
- Project Planning & Tracking
- Resource Management
- Task Distribution to team
- Identifying and Managing Change Requests
Preferred candidate profile
BE/ B.Tech with minimum of 9-12 years of work experience
A minimum experience of 2 years as Project Lead/Manager
Experience in team management
Understanding of technical/product architecture in general
Exposure to client interaction
Should understand Iterative and Agile Methodologies
Experience in Java, creation/ integration with Web services, PL SQL
