OTHER CRITERIAS:
- 1 yr.and above teaching experience
- Ph.D. (Awarded/ Thesis submitted/ Pursuing),
- Specialization in respective subjects - MBA(Fin.)/ MBA(IT)/ MCA/MBA(Mkt)/MBA(HR)
- UGC NET Qualified

They provide salary and appraisal on time. But there are no defined salary structures. Only those close to top management get good salaries. Rest are underpaid.
Worst work culture. No job satisfaction. They do not spend on faculty, students, events or even industrial visits. The placements are also extremely poor. They only earn money but they don’t spend on anything. No skill development initiatives for faculty.
