Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with IATF standards through effective quality control measures.
  
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in a similar role (Production Engineer/AM Production).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of 5S system, line balancing, production management, shift management, and IATF-16949 standards.
