A. Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary) We are seeking a passionate and driven Project Manager to join an early-stage medical Ed-Tech product team, backed by an industry leader in education. We are looking for a competent, hands on professional, preferably from a medical background, who can help us manage and grow a first of-its-kind education product for the retail market. Our product is supported by the best minds in medical education, developed by a team of medical experts from top-ranked colleges in India. The client boasts a 60-year legacy in medical teaching and learning, integrating the latest practices in content and technology.
B. Critical Accountabilities
a) Lead key projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and post-launch analysis for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the management team to shape and execute the product development strategy.
b) Drive collaboration across teams Content, Marketing, Sales, Support, and external partners ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives
c) Coordinate with external partners, faculty, and internal teams for content creation and updates. Engage with senior leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather feedback and refine the product.
d) Track product usage analytics to improve adoption and enhance user experience. Gather customer feedback (students, educators, medical professionals) to iterate and evolve the product based on user needs and market trends.
e) Oversee content creation for test prep materials and collaborate with vendors (studio, animation, illustration) for high-quality educational content.
f) Proactively identify project risks and challenges, taking steps to mitigate or resolve them to keep projects on track.
g) Maintain detailed documentation on project progress, challenges, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
h) Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content platforms, ensuring the product is well-integrated into these systems for ease of use and delivery.
C. Skills and Qualifications
a. At least 5-8 years project management experience, ideally in the Ed-Tech, Medical EdTech or healthcare industry and postgraduate test preparation space.
b. MBBS/MD/MS/MDS people are preferred.
