Assistant Manager ( Traiing & Development )

Role & responsibilities : Candidate will be responsible to Identify training needs, Develop training modules, Conduct training on various modules like Behavioural, Soft Skill & Processes related trainings, Training evaluation, Training effectiveness analysis, maintain training records & training MIS.

Preferred candidate profile Candidate should be Graduate / Post Graduate ( Preferably from Academic Background ) with 4-5 years relevant experience excellent verbal & written communication skill, knowledge of Gujarati language is must Also require computer proficiency.
