Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager - BTL Marketing

Role & responsibilities

Draw out a comprehensive BTL marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customers

Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (Painter meets, dealer meets, product launch, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures)
Responsible for setting up of strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.

Define clear objectives and monitoring of campaigns with a clear visibility on ROI

Plan and manage budgets for BTL campaigns, ensuring cost-effective delivery of objectives.
Work closely with the sales team to align BTL activities with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Preferred candidate profile

This is Pan India profile. Candidate should have handled two or more regions. He should be able to communicate well in English & Hindi. Travelling will be there.
