Role & responsibilities

Business Planning & Strategy

• Preparation of month wise Annual Business plan, Commercial plan and Financial plans
  (P&L , BS and Cash flows, Working Capital target reports etc.)
• Close coordinating with cross-functional teams like Production, Maintenance, Procurement , HR , F&A and formulate Short term and Long term business strategies
• Study of cost structure and identify scope for innovative cost saving areas
• Develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives
  
  Business Analysis & Management
• Preparation of Monthly rolling business forecast. updating
  Profit & Loss report on weekly basis
• Monitoring of business activities on continuous basis and update impact on Company performance
• Preparation of Monthly Operation report ( P/L , BS and Cash Flow)
• Preparing Variance Analysis reports and presenting in water fall charts
  (Annual Business Plan vs Monthly rolling Forecast vs Actuals)
• Preparation of Working Capital Report
  
  Business Development
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market
  share, demographic trends, and growth projections
• Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts
• Identifying new business area in synchronization with existing business lines
  ( New Business studies , project feasibility study etc.)

M.Com / MBA /CMA - Inter / CA - Inter
