Role & responsibilities

• Polymer Material Testing (Material Characterization / Mechanical Properties / Thermal Properties / Environmental properties etc.).
• Managing Polymer related Lab Equipments
• Activities related to ISO 9001.
• Lab Facility Up gradation & Kaizen Activities

Competencies / Skills : -

• Hands-on working experience on analytical equipments like Impact Tester, Injection molding machine, UTM, HDT Tester ,Climatic Chambers & result interpretation-for ABS Materials
• Hands-on working experience on mechanical testing of Plastics.
• Well versed with various Standards and international (ASTM & ISO ) related to Polymers.
• Should be well versed with Polymer materials used for Automobiles and should be able to give opinion in case of Quality Problems.
• Clear & Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in lean, multi-tasking environment.
• Knowledge on ISO-9001,14001 & 45001
• Should be able to independently handle Projects.

Specific Expertise for Functional Area : -

• Should be well versed with various Plastic grades handling and usage.
• Hands-on working experience on equipments like Impact Tester, Injection molding machine, UTM, HDT Tester ,Climatic Chambers & result interpretation-for ABS Materials
• Material compositional Analysis

Diploma or B.Tech. - Plastic / Polymer/ Rubber / Chemical Engineering - Full Time

B.Sc. - Chemistry / M.Sc. - Chemistry - Full Time
