Job Description
- Work as an individual contributor as well as guide the team members
- Contribute to design and development of mechanical and structural components and systems.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications
- Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to validate design integrity and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, project management and through-life support.
- Coordinate among different departments and/or internal/external laboratories to perform experimental work.
- Perform literature or web survey, read and understand literatures and various standards to address design / RD requirement
- Prepare, review and approve design documents, and specifications.
- Preparing drawings with an understanding of manufacturing process and releasing the drawings in PLM. Resolving Design Changes and Non Conformity
- Willing to travel to any place across India to visit vendor / customer / test facility
- Prior experience of working with PLM.
- A wareness of CMMI Level V for design and developmental project is preferred
- Identify and develop skill sets required for ongoing / future design projects.
