Job Description
- Co-ordination of Pre-bid and Execution Risk Reviews/ Site visits of projects across L&T and preparation of risk profile, portfolio analysis etc.
- Assessment of Tender documents during Pre-bid stage and preparation of risk profile with risks including Contractual Risk, Counterparty risk, Country risk, Regulatory landscape in India and other Countries. Technology and obsolescence risks are other areas.
- Review for decisions on issuance and extension of Bank Guarantees for Projects across L&T.
- Analysis of listed and unlisted Competitors, within India and overseas, and using all of the above, to advise senior internal stakeholders to enable them to transform their strategies.
- Ensuring adherence of ICs to Enterprise Risk Management System and assistance to IC Risk team members for said system.
- EPC Project Execution experience is preferred.
