Qualifications – Any Graduate with SCM / BBA / MBA (Logistic & Supply Chain Management)

Experience – 5+ year’s relevant exp.

Pref. Industry – Agriculture / FMCG/ Fertilizer/Pesticide / Chemical Industry / Agri Biotech

Responsibilities-

• Overseeing the day to day operations from Customer order, Stock level and coordinating with Factory & customer and update supply status.
• Planning with Sales team for Supply plan against orders in hand as well as Forecast.
• FG Inventory management, Dispatch Report, Maintain bin cards, Handle stock at multiple Godowns and visit if required.
• Backup of transporters for various location for Dispatch for both domestic as well as international, Transport agreement , container dispatch(export) and negotiations
• Preparing Dispatch record, quote from various transporter and comparison and payment coordination
• Collection of LR ,Invoices and other things related operations of Logistics
• MIS Report, Export Documentations like invoicing, packing list, e way bill etc, Movement achievement report, physical stock report.
• Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed
• Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives
