Salary did not received on time and they should have completed my exit formalities till this time but did not. This is one thing I think is I do not like

Salary not on time, they make salary in slot like 5000,10000 . Last year turn over of this company was only 15cr . They don't have money to make salary of existing employees but hiring new guys on regular basis . I can't understand why they spoiling career of people . Higher management don't care about you , don't take your inputs , alsways bullying you in name of salary " If you not do this you will not get salary" . No work ethics, no support, No salary on time, stupid people in management. I will strongly suggest every one not to join this group.

1. As my reporting manager AVP Marketing & Business Development,....Always adopting a negative approach towards the team. 2. I have been working in the industry for the last 7 years, and this is the most demotivating experience I have had on a national and international platform. 3. The technical team requires a technical person with sound and good knowledge and expertise in the agricultural sector. At least the technical team should be led by a PhD. in agriculture with experience in value addition. 4. Promotions are available based on personal connections rather than hard work. For example, I conducted over 70+ farmer meetings in the Vidharbha region in 8 months but received no increment, while someone else received three times the increment for merely flattering. 5. He does not have time to evaluate the work done by his reportees. 6. His professional behavior is not good, especially when an employee is leaving the company. 7. He is a very arrogant person ,worst AVP ever seen.so egoistic, Responsible for Sales and Marketing team conflicts. 8.This is a very honest review from my end. I hope that my feedback will prevent similar experiences for other team members or agricos in the future. 9. HR can verify with ex employee, They are asking to resign directly, exit interview like a formalities .don't play with the careers of young Guys . Thank you .

I learnt about lot of things like direct sales and marketing of product in rural area, Taking meetings of farmers, campaigning, demonstration and mostly about agriculture and field work.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. also their is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks should have to guide them step by step.
