Job Description
- Co-ordination of all the activities and giving guidance to all the staff in the day to day, Finance and Accounting activities
- Review and alignment of work activities within the team members to develop multiskilling and back up support
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting standard, IFRS and application in business scenario
- Strong Balance sheet governance and risk base approach to avoid any exposure
- Effectively manage the working capital components of the company with specific attention to stock, debtors and cash balances.
- Ensure monthly reconciliation of inventory, debtors and cash balances
- Closely work with team and HQ team for reporting and adhoc requirement
- Ensure Internal controls governance and take corrective action for improvement.
- Handle Month end close process, review the month end results, and ensure reporting requirement as per HQ requirement.
- Closure of all USGAAP and IGAAP reporting as per applicable accounting standard. Hands on experience of accounting entries and finalization of accounts in SAP
- Liaise-up with ERP team for enhancement and reports.
- Drive automation, process improvement and productivity.
Requirements- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 5-10 years of experience.
- Well verse of accounting standard and tax laws
