Assistant Manager - CA

• Co-ordination of all the activities and giving guidance to all the staff in the day to day, Finance and Accounting activities
  
• Review and alignment of work activities within the team members to develop multiskilling and back up support
  
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting standard, IFRS and application in business scenario
  
• Strong Balance sheet governance and risk base approach to avoid any exposure
  
• Effectively manage the working capital components of the company with specific attention to stock, debtors and cash balances.
  
• Ensure monthly reconciliation of inventory, debtors and cash balances
  
• Closely work with team and HQ team for reporting and adhoc requirement
  
• Ensure Internal controls governance and take corrective action for improvement.
  
• Handle Month end close process, review the month end results, and ensure reporting requirement as per HQ requirement.
  
• Closure of all USGAAP and IGAAP reporting as per applicable accounting standard. Hands on experience of accounting entries and finalization of accounts in SAP
  
• Liaise-up with ERP team for enhancement and reports.
  
• Drive automation, process improvement and productivity.
