- Out calling students/parents & retaining them
- Understanding student issues & convincing them to join back the course
- Meeting individual assigned Retention targets
- Maintaining talk time as per assigned targets
- Centre coordination to ensure students join back
- Cross functional coordination for closure of student issues.
- Meeting students face to face whenever required
- Preparation of reports/other MIS on daily basis.
- Excellent customer handling skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
