Team Leadership & People Management:

- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Transaction Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to property registration.
- Negotiate terms and close transactions effectively while maintaining transparency and client trust.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for residential property transactions.
Budgeting & Financial Analysis:
- Develop and manage budgets to align with organizational goals.
- Analyze financial performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
Market Insights:
- Stay updated on the latest residential real estate market trends, including property pricing, demand, and new projects.
- Use market insights to guide strategic sales decisions and provide valuable input to clients and the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in handling high-value property transactions.
Educational Background:
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and real estate management software.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and motivate the team.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to manage, train, and inspire sales teams to deliver consistent results.
