Job Description
- HR Analytics:
- Develop a strategic roadmap for the Analytics & Governance vertical within the Employee Experience Tower.
- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to efficiently communicate data insights.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Employee Experience team, and Business Leaders to identify essential metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct in-depth analysis, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Provide data-driven strategies to optimize HR programs and initiatives.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable reports for customers.
- HR Operations & Governance:
- Co-manage the strategic and operational excellence of the Employee Experience Tower.
- Handle service quality and ensure effective relationships with outsourcing service providers.
- Drive process documentation, automation, and transformation efforts.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a small team of HR analytics professionals, encouraging a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Focus on upskilling team members in advanced analytics and HR technology.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics, offering regular feedback.
- Encourage a data-driven mentality within the team to solve complex HR challenges.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use analytics to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency within the HR function. - High-Quality Data Visualization:
Very strong data visualization, dashboarding and presentation skills - Innovation in Analytics & Reporting:
Continuously improve report accuracy and usability, moving towards predictive analytics. - Customer Engagement:
Build positive relationships with customers across regions, delivering valuable insights.
- Bachelor s Degree with 10-12 years of experience in HR Analytics & Governance.
- 5-6 years of experience in HR Analytics, focusing on descriptive to prescriptive reporting.
- Consistent track record of leading and improving Workday Operations and Reporting.
- Experience in Project Management or HR Transformation projects.
- Six Sigma knowledge for process improvement is a plus.
- Experience building a BI platform for regional or global colleagues.
- Proficiency in HR tools like Workday HCM, ServiceNow, Avature, etc.
- Data Analytics & Visualization:
Proficiency in crafting insightful reports and dashboards. - Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics:
Ability to extend analysis beyond descriptive insights. - Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:
Proactive approach in identifying process improvements. - Customer Collaboration:
Strong communication skills to engage with teams with varied strengths.

It’s a very free atmosphere and culture, especially the managers. They do make us do lot of work, projects, improvements etc but I have never heard that any managers are controlling their people in terms of breaks, late login or early logout. As the people also are very responsible which keeps the environment very much calm and compose.
The structure or planning of organisational changes or communication can be improved, most of the time the communication do not reach everyone and at least not in a way they understand or participate. Mostly due to generic information passing via email or 1 or 2 sessions in zoom. This can be improved to make it more engaging but making it visually appealing.
