Crisil - Assistant Manager - International Controllership - CA (3-5 yrs)

Job Description:

- Responsible for financial accounting, control and reporting for assigned international entities.

- Interact with external auditors and get the financial accounts audited, preparation of annual financials.

- Ensuring financial policies and accounting principles are correctly followed for the legal entities.

- Ensuring operational excellence through review of cost centers, General Ledgers and project details considered during accounting etc.

- Ensuring Finance operations work seamlessly on the financial entity and provide the requisite services to internal Stakeholders.

- Work as a SPOC for the legal entity with regards financials, reporting, AP / AR processes.

- This will include interaction with Stakeholders within business and Finance.

- Comply with Direct and Indirect taxes of the legal entities under supervision and guidance of central tax team including transfer pricing regulations.

- Maintain adequate cashflows for the entity and interact with central treasury team and collections team for cash management.

- Knowledge of Inter -Company and related party accounting, reconciliation and reporting.

Exposure to working in Multi Currency reporting.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant with similar role for preferably service companies.

- Work experience with big 4 will be added advantage.

- Overall experience of 3-5 years.

- Excellent Communication skills, Knowledge of working under ERP environment, excellent Excel skills.

- Experience of interacting with Auditors and other stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills - Gl Accounting, Financial Reporting, Variance Analysis, Financial Reconciliation, Month End Reporting.
