Asst. Manager / Manager - Sales

6 - 8 years of experience in Apartment Sales/ Villa Sales, preferably in Hyderabad or surrounding locations
Marketing experience is an added advantage
Strong ability to pursue sales targets and achieve the desired results.

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
• Update and manage social media profiles.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
