- 6 - 8 years of experience in Apartment Sales/ Villa Sales, preferably in Hyderabad or surrounding locations.
- Marketing experience is an added advantage
- Strong ability to pursue sales targets and achieve the desired results

- Good communication skills and a pleasing personality
- Willing to work on-site along with the team
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
- Update and manage social media profiles.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
