Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a strong background in accounting and finance, specifically in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in financial reporting, preparation of financial statements, compliance, and automation of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end closing process and publish timely monthly MIS reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated quarterly and yearly financial statements, including schedules, notes, and disclosures.
• Prepare related party transaction reports in accordance with SEBI/Ind AS requirements, MSME reports, and year-end annual report compliance matters.
• Support the preparation of presentations for various stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, etc., through accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in the automation of accounting processes to improve efficiency.
• Prior experience in finalizing quarterly and year-end accounts is essential.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: Inter CA or M.Com
• Experience: 3 to 6 years in accounting/finance
• Industry Experience: Manufacturing industry experience is a must. Listed entity experience is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory. Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

Other Terms:

• Preference will be given to male candidates due to stringent timelines and late sittings during high-pressure quarter-end/year-end periods.

Compensation:

• ₹11 L ₹13 L annually
