We are looking for an AM HR/ Sr. HR in Pharma Domain

Experience: 2 - 10 years

Location: Roorkee & Kolkata

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced AM- HR to lead HR functions at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and overall HR operations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing: Develop strategies, conduct interviews, manage onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Address grievances, resolve conflicts, promote positive work culture.
• Performance Management: Oversee appraisals, training, and development programs.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, manage disciplinary actions.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer programs, conduct salary benchmarking, manage payroll.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, manage HRIS.
• Health and Safety: Collaborate on safety protocols, promote health and safety awareness.
• Employee Engagement: Organize engagement activities, support career development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters or HR certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
