Role & responsibilities:
- Organizing joining, induction, documentation and on boarding formalities of new recruit.
- Coordinating for keeping a complete record of employees along with their personal files for all the corporate staff/guarding staff.
- Knowledge of Compliances of various acts (ESIC, PF, Bonus, Shop & Establishment act, Factory act, minimum wages, workman compensation act etc.)
- Recruitment- Sourcing, Screening and short listing the candidates from different sources.
- Maintaining manpower strength for all the employees of the region.
- Preparing various letters: offer, appointment letter, appraisal, promotion, increment, service certificate, relieving letter, absconding etc.
- Separation (Resignation/ Absconding/ Termination), Exit interviews and coordinating for the Full and final settlements.
- Ensure all Company Policies are been promulgated to the last level and maintaining record for sign off.
- Taking care of the HRMS software and ensuring that complete details of 100% employees in the region is uploaded and completed in software.
- Maintaining monthly attendance of corporate staff for the region
- Record keeping for all new joinees, separated employees for all the employees of the region.
- Ensuring BGV,PV ESIC,Bank account ,Id card etc. for all the employees
- Sound knowledge of vendor management.
- Handling corporate insurance and group insurance policies such as Mediclaim.
- Sound knowledge on Excel, HRMS and other software for efficient management of men and material.
- Handling employee Grievance.
- Responsible for office maintenance and administrative activities.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum 4-8 Yrs of relevant experience
- Sound knowledge on Excel, HRMS and other software
- Must have good spoken and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Candidates with prior working experience in Pvt Security Industry and knowledge of PSARA Act will be preferred
