As an Engineer in the Wiring Harness Division, youll play a crucial role in designing and developing wiring harness systems for various electrical projects. Your expertise will extend beyond traditional harness design, as you’ll also need proficiency in specific software tools. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Wiring Harness Design: Create and optimize wiring harness layouts, considering factors like electrical performance, space constraints, and manufacturability.
• Software Knowledge:
• Harness XC: Proficiency in using Harness XC software for harness design, routing, and documentation.
• AutoCAD: Familiarity with AutoCAD for creating detailed schematics and 2D drawings.
• SAP: Understanding of SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) for managing project data and resources.
• VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering): Apply VAVE principles to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical designers, and project managers.
