Prepare training material for New Phone Bankers
Certification/ Motivation of Phone bankers
Timely Completion of training
Coaching callers based on quality scores for improvement
Training to improve sales

Ensure Quality Lead generation from the Phone Banker
Ensure regular monitoring of quality of calls and completion of monitoring within defined timelines
Timely feedback to caller
Collect customer feedback and review scripts regularly

Analyze the training requirements bases the feedback shared.

Incentives are quite good here . You can develop skills as everyday you will learn something after intercating with customers.

Dislikes

Management is full of politics, not supportive if you need any kind of help. No proper working hours as mentioned in offer letter. It may exceed after 6:30 p.m. Sat and sunday there is too much pressure to go on F2F meetings. Promotions are tough beacuse targets are very high .
