Job Description
- Create high-quality user assistance (UA) deliverables for a range of solutions within SAP Cloud for Customer.
- Participate in and drive innovative projects to improve UA deliverables, processes, and content.
- Work closely with product management and development to deliver content that is clear, concise, and accurate.
- Proactively acquire product knowledge and learn new skills emerging in user assistance and share your learnings with the team.
- Gather feedback on deliverables from customers and other stakeholders and continuously improve content.
- Be the advocate for user experience in your interactions with product management, development, and UX teams.
- 3- 7 Years of experience in information development, technical writing, or content development
- A university degree preferably in technical writing or a related subject such as language, translation, or communication studies
- First language proficiency in English with excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
- Working knowledge of DITA content management system and TechSmith Camtasia is an added advantage.
- Willingness to quickly adapt to change and acquire knowledge
- Ability to work independently as well as in a diverse global team
