Job Description
B.E/B. Tech Civil Engineering. LLB is desirable
Skills Required: B.E/B. Tech Civil Engineering. LLB is desirable. Minimum 10 yrs of experience in Contracts Management and handling Arbitrations. Experience in working with large Infrastructure / EPC Companies would be preferable.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle contractual (Pre-tendering & post tendering) matters and guide contractual adherence & liability to operations Teams.
- Interpretation of contractual clauses.
- Contractual Risk Assessment & provide inputs to management.
- Handle claims, arbitration matters, contractual dispute management & resolution
- Coordinate with BD, Proposals & Operations Staff for matters related to contacts management & arbitration.
- Create awareness about contractual conditions among the site management, business heads, and other internal Stakeholders.
- Escalate critical issues to management regularly.
- Provide leadership in the matters of contracts management & arbitration.
