Assistant General Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer / Statistician to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data trending, statistical evaluation, and process quality analysis within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Perform trending of data and provide insights based on trend analysis
✔ Participate in investigations, perform data evaluation, and support root cause analysis & CAPA
✔ Review product trends and guide teams on statistical evaluations
✔ Evaluate and update trending procedures as needed
✔ Conduct training on data evaluation and statistical trending
✔ Prepare project charters and track actions related to investigations
✔ Implement and manage software tools for trend analysis
✔ Define and conduct training on statistical process controls
✔ Support product trending data review and evaluation
✔ Handle special projects assigned by senior management.

Skills Required:

✔ Strong knowledge of statistical analysis & data evaluation
✔ Hands-on experience with CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistical Process Controls
✔ Expertise in QA compliance and process improvement
✔ Proficiency in software tools for statistical analysis
✔ Excellent problem-solving, training, and communication skills
