Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge in Tender & Contracts
- Knowledge in Construction Accounting
- Maintaining & Control of Receivable and Payable
- Knowledge in Cost Ledger
- Functional Knowledge in Treasury operation Bank, LC, BG
- Liasioning with Client, Government Authorities. Ensuring governance & statutory compliance
- Managing Employee welfare at project site
- Monthly MIS and budgeting
- Basic Knowledge in Internal control procedure
- Managing the Statutory & Internal Audit
- Knowledge in MS office- Excel, word, power point
- Knowledge in SAP preferable

Some managers wants to run the show as per their requirements which top management also agrees. Even after being a construction company where site people has to face a lot of issues, management took much time for resolution of problems.
