Role Overview.

We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring roles.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and hiring top talent within the sales/customer support domain.

Fluency in Hindi is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities.

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for open positions.

Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Requirements.

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

2+ years of prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Experience in sales and volume hiring is mandatory.

Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
