Job Description
Create product illustrations, icons, motion graphics and other visual assets as per Aspire s visual guidelines
- Collaborate with product designers to refine UI and improve user experience
- Organize design files and assets for easy access and future use
- Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions to improve user experience
- 0-1 year of experience in visual design, motion design, or illustration
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong visual communication skills, with a solid understanding of design fundamentals and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Figma, including familiarity with UI/UX features like components, variables, and styles.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing using After Effects.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Degree or currently studying Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing design, illustration, or motion graphics work
- Familiarity with Design Thinking as a creative process to increase design effectiveness.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring optimal user experiences.w
