1. Aerospace/Mechanical Engineer (Lead Designer)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the turboshaft helicopter engine from concept to prototype.
• Perform aerodynamic and thermal analysis of engine components.
• Develop detailed 3D CAD models and technical drawings.
• Optimize propulsion systems for efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with the prototyping engineer to validate designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and structural analysis.
• Experience with gas turbine engines or related projects is a plus.

Multitasking Role:

• Supports thermal systems and integration with other subsystems.

2. Combustion/Thermal Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize the combustion chamber for high efficiency and low emissions.
• Analyze heat transfer and cooling systems for engine reliability.
• Work with material scientists to select appropriate materials for thermal loads.
• Conduct computational simulations to test combustion and thermal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Strong understanding of combustion processes and heat transfer principles.
• Experience with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, CFD software).
• Familiarity with fuel systems is preferred.
