Tele Caller - Admissions

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students to introduce them to our courses, understand their needs, and explain how our offerings can benefit them.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our courses and effectively articulate their features and benefits to potential clients.
• Follow-up: Follow up on warm leads and inquiries generated from marketing campaigns, email, and other sources, with the goal of converting them into admission.
• Objection Handling: Address student's objections, concerns, and questions professionally to ensure a positive customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Admissions team to enhance customer engagement.

Education: Bachelors degree required. MBA is preferred.

Experience:

• At least one year of tele calling experience is required.
• Proficiency in speaking English, Hindi, Marathi/Bengali/Odia(Oriya) languages.
