Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Explain the universitys academic programs, admission process, eligibility criteria, and other relevant information.
• Generate and follow up on leads, guiding students through the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrolment.
• Offer customised guidance and counselling to prospective students on program selection based on their interests and academic background.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure that students are informed about important deadlines, document submissions, and other related processes.
• Meet or exceed targets related to calls made, leads generated, and enrolments

Preferred candidate profile :

• Experience in admissions or counselling for education.
• Familiarity with higher education programs and university procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Self- motivated with good interpersonal skills.
