Job role :

In the Business Development Manager role, you will be :

- Recruiting & building a high performance network of Financial Consultants (Agents)

- Training, motivating and driving these Financial Consultants (Agents) to sell insurance

- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions

- Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)

- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

- Enabling FCs to use latest digital platforms

Criteria :

- Must be Graduate/PG (Graduation is mandatory)

- Must have 2+ years of full time work experience in sales

- For higher positions higher salary, experience in Insurance Sales is mandatory

- Age must be between 21 to 38 yrs.

- Females and males - both preferred.

- Must have own 2-wheeler (mandatory)

- Must be resident of job location for 3+ yrs and must have strong personal network.

- Must be able to join immediately or max within 15 days after getting offer.

- Must have all relevant documents (like, PAN, Aadhar, Educational & Employment documents)

- Salary starts from 3.150 LPA + Huge Incentives (in Bangalore, salary starts from 3.75 LPA + Huge Incentives)
