Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
• Draft professional emails and other correspondence to communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to oversee maintenance and troubleshoot issues as required.
• Maintain and improve service standards by monitoring team performance and implementing process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance and repair activities.

Key Requirements:

1. Technical Knowledge
• Strong expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
2. Communication Skills
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
3. Leadership Abilities
• Proven ability to manage a team and inspire them to meet organizational goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
4. Experience
• Prior experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Experience in customer service and technical maintenance is a must.
