Salary: ₹4,00,000.00 - ₹5,00,000.00 per year

Job Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Development

• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive both financial gains and enhance customer satisfaction across PAN India.

Market Research

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new markets, emerging customer needs, and potential business opportunities.

Client Engagement

• Arrange and actively participate in business meetings with prospective clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Product Promotion

• Effectively promote the companys products and services, addressing clients' objectives and needs while ensuring the alignment of the product offerings.

.Record Management

• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client data, ensuring all documentation is up to date and organized.

1. Team Development

• Train and develop entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals, fostering team growth and skill development.

Requirements and Skills:Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar sales role.
• Demonstrated track record of successful sales achievements.
• Minimum 5 years of total work experience (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in Campaign Management, Sales, and Management (preferred).

Education

• A Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field (preferred).

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and English.
• Strong knowledge of the market and ability to identify key trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong time management and planning skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
