Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for visual composition, and experience in video editing software. You will be responsible for editing raw footage into compelling videos that align with our brand and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for social media, marketing, advertisements, and other platforms.
• Enhance videos with graphics, animations, sound effects, and background music.
• Collaborate with the creative team, including content creators, producers, and designers, to ensure brand consistency.
• Trim footage, apply color correction, and add transitions for seamless storytelling.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube and other social media).
• Maintain an organized library of video assets and project files.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new editing techniques, and emerging software tools.
• Ensure videos are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and post-production processes.
• Ability to work with motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Creative storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in color grading and sound design.
• Familiarity with camera operation and shooting techniques.
• Background in graphic design or animation.
