Sr. Design Engineer-Highway || Nashik, MH

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer - Highway to lead and execute the design of highway projects, including 2-lane, 4-lane and 6-lane configurations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality designs, reviewing related drawings, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. This role also involves effective communication and coordination with stakeholders for approvals and seamless project execution.

• Independently design highways, junctions, drainage systems, and road signage for 2-lane, 4-lane and 6-lane projects.
• Review highway-related designs and drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Excel, and other highway design-related software to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with authorities and independent engineers to obtain necessary approvals for designs and drawings.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Excel, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of highway engineering standards, structural design, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to work independently and deliver designs within strict timelines and quality standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Transportation Engineering with relevant experience in highway and structural design.
