Job Description
- Must understand technical architecture of SAP systems and landscape
- Hands on experience of Basis Administration including Transport Requests and other routine tasks.
- Should be well versed with SAP authorizations, roles, profiles, and overall User Management tasks.
- Ability to monitor the SAP system health and take actions to remediate the issues. Knowledge and experience of Early Watch Alerts and Solution Manager is preferable.
- Should be able to understand and resolve issues related OS, Databases and Networking related to SAP landscape
- Should be able to manage responsibility of implementing SAP notes, patches, updates, and upgrades with or without help of SAP support partner.
- Experience of co-ordination with support partner to take support for complex and advanced technical issues and improvements is required.
- Highly disciplined and very systematic work practices are essential.
- Good and effective communication skills are essential
- Project Management skills and experience would be an advantage
