Role & responsibilities

• Created and managed the PAN India Food Tracker, ensuring real-time monitoring of food inventory.
• Create and track food trackers for various vendors and cities.
• Prepare monthly feedback report - Collected and analyzed student feedback from our hostel residents to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Calculate monthly incentive for the Operation team based on feedback data.
• Track HK & UT cost on a monthly basis and also compare various data monthly.
• Conducted Monthly Budget Analysis for PAN India operations, and comparing actual spending against budget projections to identify variances.
• Google Forms and Sheets Management - Managed the creation, distribution, and consolidation of data through Google Forms and Google Sheets, ensuring efficient data collection and analysis.
• Monitored and tracked various costs like Electricity, HK & UT, and Food cost at hostels by providing detailed reports.
