• Analyse population and demographic data of the city, evaluate trade areas through site analysis and competitive assessments.
• To perform sales forecasts and develop recommendations utilizing a variety of analytical and quantitative metrics.
• To analyse Regional Growth Plans: Developing Product, Price and Location strategies on basis of Demand Supply Analysis.
• To study around Buyer Personas & Competitive Mapping.
• Pursuing and scouting for business opportunities in form of land acquisitions by preparing total saleable area and financial models and assisting Directors in negotiating with landowners.
• Preparing summary reports and presentations to the management for decision making.
• Liaising with the various market research firms, competitor companies and their sale s team & brokers.
• Land visit, measurement, liaison with Advocates and patwari -tehsildar & other regulatory body.
• Collecting & analysing every project parameter to check the current market trends.
• Exploring Micro market wise projects updates with respect to every parameter.
• Extending brokers network to enhance & verify the trend in the market.
