Job Description
- The core purpose of the Project Maintenance Head role is to deliver cost effective maintenance services and build a vibrant community by engaging residents in sporting, social and other events.
- He will be responsible for monthly collections as well as planning and adhering to the budget.
- He must ensure customer delight and thereby generate referrals by addressing customer observations in a timely manner. He will hold open houses with residents to identify areas of improvement.
- Written oral communication skills are essential as regular communication with RWA residents will be an integral part of the role along with feedback(s) for improvement in current and future projects to the relevant stakeholder(s).
- He/She will be responsible for monthly collections as well as planning and adhering to the budget and preparation of monthly reports.
- He/She is expected to ensure statutory/regulatory compliances at the project(s).
- He/She must ensure training development of his team along with understanding employee observations by way of Quarterly town halls.
- If you are enthusiastic about facility management with relevant experience.
- Measure success by achieving both customer delight and consistently achieving numbers.
- Constantly seek to learn and find ways to keep yourself updated,
- Believe in excellence and taking action quickly,
- Experience of working within an extremely high pressurised dynamic environment
