SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration: Lead or participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP PM module, including defining business processes, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
2. Business Process Analysis: Analyze clients' business requirements related to plant maintenance and provide solutions leveraging SAP PM module.
3. Integration: Work on integrating SAP PM with other modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Finance (FI), ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
4. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support them during and post-implementation phases. Address and resolve any issues or queries related to SAP PM.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance module. Certification in SAP PM is often preferred.
2. Configuration Skills: Proficiency in configuring SAP PM module according to business requirements, including defining maintenance plans, work centers, equipment hierarchies, and preventive maintenance schedules.
3. Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of plant maintenance business processes and best practices, with the ability to align SAP PM functionalities to meet business objectives.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and provide effective solutions.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, gather requirements, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adhere to timelines, and work effectively in a team environment.
7. Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments in SAP PM and related technologies, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
