Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Technical Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERPNext solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext, ERP implementations, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Implement ERPNext solutions for new clients, ensuring smooth setup, configuration, and deployment.

- Configure modules according to client needs (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR).

- Set up users, roles, permissions, and data management protocols.

Customization & Development :

- Customize ERPNext using Python, Frappe Framework, and Jinja templates to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop custom modules, reports, and dashboards as per client specifications.

- Work on API integrations with third-party tools and software.

System Maintenance & Support :

- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ERPNext users.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure optimal performance.

- Monitor system health and suggest improvements for performance optimization.

Training & Documentation :

- Train users on ERPNext functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext or similar ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP).

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Frappe Framework.

- Experience in configuring and customizing ERP modules like Sales, Purchase, Accounting, HR, Inventory, etc.

- Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL or MariaDB).

- Experience with system integrations and working with APIs.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- ERPNext certification or related training.

- Experience in multi-company or multi-currency ERP implementations.
